  • Yankee Boy Basin - OPEN with budding Blue Bells, Paintbrush are starting to bloom, lots of Marsh Marigold, Mountain Sorrel and Wild Onion. The Candelabra are covering many areas in the basin.

    •  California Pass - OPEN

    Hurricane - OPEN with high snow banks

    • Corkscrew Pass - OPEN
    Brown Mountain Gulch - OPEN 
    • Gladstone - OPEN 

    Imogene Pass- OPEN and icy at top. Cold nights are causing freezing run-off. USE CAUTION!

    • Owl Creek Pass -OPEN

    Picayune Trail - OPEN

    • Engineer Pass- OPEN and ROUGH. HIGH CLEARANCE AND SHORT WHEEL BASE recommended

    Cinnamon - OPEN. Muddy over top out of Animas.       

    • Last Dollar Road -OPEN

    Ophir Pass -OPEN

    • Red Mountain Town Loop -OPEN

    Silverton to Animas Forks -OPEN

    • Cunningham Gulch -OPEN
    Black Bear Pass. - still CLOSED  (The last pass to be cleared)
    • Governor's Basin (Sydney).- Still Snow Packed 

    Maggie' and Minnie Gulch. OPEN

    • Poughkeepsie Gulch.- SNOW PACKED in various spots

    Stoney Pass - OPEN

    • South Mineral Springs - OPEN past Campground
